CDK - Widespread outages

CDK is currently experiecing widespread outages due to a cyberattack. Here's what we know so far on 6/21/24 at 4:39pm PST. 

  • CDK-Unable to Import/Export Data - affecting exports & imports to 3rd parties and web providers.
  • The Provider, CDK Global, is experiencing a technical issue impacting its ability to process electronic transactions.
  • Online Service Schedulers hosted by CDK may also be affected.
